Introduction The investigation of the trabecular bone strength in acetabular area and its dependence on age gender may provide a theoretical basis for development implants replacement. purpose this study was to determine mechanical characteristics tissue supra-acetabular region patients different groups. Materials methods cadaveric material 60 studied included 20 young (age range, 18 44), middle-aged range 45 59) elderly 74). Fragments 3 × 1.5 cm size were removed from using an osteotome.
